I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, there were issues with the card access and some wasted space in the entrance. The staff, especially Sami, Mary, Sara, Dottie, and Liam, provided fantastic service, making my stay wonderful. The location was beautiful with many areas of interest nearby, but I encountered an unmasked front desk staff member, which was a downside.
